[[Don't have very much time before I have to leave for the IRL Stuff, so a few essential points:

- This day has been a clownshow and I'm provisionally suspicious of anyone who threw out unsubstantiated nonsense and got us tied in knots and moderately townreading anyone who clarified or re-aligned discussion.

- As Inke helpfully pointed out, we have full information on our roles. (Note to self: READ THE FUCKING OP THOROUGHLY.) So why did Yellow think the diamond might be hers and not someone else's? Yes, she says it's bc her legendary is diamond-associated, but I'd be pretty alarmed if I were her and my night action and only my night action was broadcasted to the group. What?? And similarly, why does Bluwii not know what power he gives people by voting for them?

- I'm not confident about any vote, but I'm still pretty well convinced that Tetra is playing against tradition and that worries me, and I'm still pretty concerned about Bluwii for the well-established reasons we're, uh, still waiting for a response about from him. Now that there's pressure on both of them I guess we wait for responses? There's only like 11 hours left, mind.

When everyone suspected she had been swapped with Ajia, and whatever was meant for her landed on Ajia, she went along with it. There's also A). a separate reason I'm not sure what Yellow did to me, and B). I don't want to give anyone a free fakeclaim, so I'm not confirming what I think I was hit with until someone says outright. Does that make sense? Like, it sounds to me like the thing you're missing is that I assumed both Chibi and I were targeted with stuff which then landed on the other. Saying I was hit with something wouldn't confirm Yellow hit me, or that there was a swap. We're both high profile players, it makes sense we'd both get hit. So, does that clear it up? Genuine question, I'm starting to doubt my own ability to strategise after the mess day two has been so far.]]

[[Okay, okay. So my Legendary has an ability that let's me reuse an action if someone with a matching action targets me. One of said action is a Self-Targeting Deflector and another is a Roleblocker. The reason why I'm sus of Jackie is that I think Jackie might be a Self-Targeting Deflector.]]

Because of that, I think there's a Self-Targeting Deflector in this game and the fact that Jackie was swapped Chibi, I have reasons to suspect that Jackie deflected to Chibi.

Then I thought to myself. Why would Jackie deflect to Chibi if Chibi's known to be a good scum hunter?]]

Free may have said some good points about Jackie but I'm still a bit sus of her because a Deflector could theoretically Deflect a Cop's scan and with what Namo said on their info post. A Cop wouldn't know if their read was swapped so I'm still putting my foot down on Jackie being a Deflector and being a potential scum.]]

Im NOT saying that Jackie targeted me. I'm saying that Jackie COULD be a Self-Targeting Deflector because I have that as one of my Powers. And the idea of having two swappers is a terrifying thought because my Legendary says that it someone targets me with a MATCHING power, I'd regain that ability.

I'm NOT saying I've regained the Deflector Power because I was targeted. I'm saying that Jackie COULD be a Deflector based on the swap between her and Chibi.

And the reason why I'm sus of her is that I find it very weird on why there was a swap between her and Chibi if she WAS a Deflector. Namo on their sign-up post said that the Cop if they've been swapped, wouldn't be notified that their target would be swapped.

And I'm suggesting that Jackie could've Deflected onto Chibi because of any potential reads on her since Free wasn't gonna be scanned by anyone for N1.]]

That's too many leaps of logic to be even slightly certain of anything, and requires discounting several other equally plausible explanations, such as that we got bus swapped, or I was targeted by a deflector, or I am a deflector but I didn't hit Chibi, or that Chibi has some kind of magnet power, or something I haven't even thought of. Obviously Shini has good reason to believe that another deflector is one possible explanation, but I am dead fucking certain there are several swappers. This is role overdrive. Assuming every possible swap might be the other deflector is not good reasoning.

And it's now becoming clear there wasn't even a swap, so this was all a waste of time. But I've addressed it anyway because I don't like how flimsy this line of reasoning was and I want people to be more sensible than this. Your guesses are not facts. ]]

My post claiming this outlines exactly what it's supposed to do, but long story short, it's similar to a firefighter, and I'm shooting blind in the hopes it's doing something because no one's stepped up to admit to being under the status I can cure, and I have no idea how to tell who is affected. I 100% targeted Ajia, again for reasons fully outlined in my claim post. I know fuck-all about what the quagsire attempted to do other than that you just confirmed for me that whatever it was, you are aware of, even if you don't know what exactly she did to you."

"Also, for the record, my diamond marks cure a condition. They don't technically cause one. Let me clarify this here before it happens; hopefully it will help prove myself. My marks are only in effect for one day. My patron card says they do cure a certain condition, however... it doesn't state whether or not that condition returns when the mark vanishes. It also say nothing about my former target becoming immune from said condition in the future. I wouldn't think so for either statement, but I don't know."

Mademoiselle abruptly shook her head, throwing off her train of thought. You,"--she began, looking at the delcatty--"have been making the most acute observations out of any of us here and you are the only one I fully trust going on social deduction alone." Her focus then shifted on the mighyena and snivy. "Your claims are believable, especially seeing that both of them have concrete evidence backing them. I have no reason to doubt them."

Her focus then shifted to the red-eyed meowth [[Blossomleaf]], ninetales [[Starlight Aurate]], jellicent [[Sinderella]]. "You three have been making several observations that I either like or come off as having the town's best interest in mind. I will consider these three Town for the time being."

She then turned towards the froslass [[ShiniGojira]]. "You have been confusing, but your claims are far too elaborate to be entirely made up. For that reason, I will tentatively extend some of my trust towards you. But," she snapped. "I do not appreciate you running us in circles. Be more clear in your wording in these upcoming days."

Next were the green-eyed meowth [[unrepentantAuthor]], the cacturne [[Panoramic_Vacuum]], and skiddo [[bruh moment]]. "I do not have much of a read on you two, but you *seem* to have Town's best interest in mind. As for the skiddo, I will admit that I was initially wary her and her guardians for tunnelling so much on the slakoth's ability, however, I have found myself liking and agreeing with a lot of their later reasoning."

"The jellicent's point of you just following what others are saying are indeed concerning, however, I'm not so barbaric to not extend *some* benefit of the doubt towards you. This is your first time playing, yes? So some hesitation should be expected. Nevertheless, I will be keeping a close eye on you."

Her emotionless stare became hostile as she turned to look at the linoone [[Flyg0n]], and slakoth [[Bluwiikoon]]. "I do not trust either of them. I am familiar with the linoone's guardian, and like the quagsire and green-eyed meowth say, the discrepancy in how she approaches things is alarming. However, the slakoth has raised by far the most red flags. I find his claim hard to believe, and his refusal to clarify anything further cements this, I want a proper explanation but he is the one I am most comfortable voting for.

"As for the rest, I have nothing to say. They've either been too quiet or baffling for me to say anything definitive on them."

All this changes is me holding off my vote until morning to give new info a chance to crop up. Though I have to wonder, why didn't you say anything about clearing marks to begin with. Why this whole "I can give someone a passive ability they have no idea about" thing?]]

Okay, very quick response to that: I'm still very skeptical. The diamonds have been established to be helpful and we have no clue as to what Yellow's ability is unless either Bluwii, Jackie or Yellow decides to clarify (it is also 12:30, so I do not have the spoons to think critically rn). All this changes is me holding off my vote until morning to give new info a chance to crop up. Though I have to wonder, why didn't you say anything about clearing marks to begin with. Why this whole "I can give someone a passive ability they have no idea about" thing?]]

"i think that this game revolves around several cult leaders, and how many members they manage to 'recruit'. we had the strings, the diamond thing, and now whatever puck does. i am saying this now because i don't have anything to lose, if i'm already on the chopping block. so, make of that what you will."

- Bench (not much has come from him, and I feel suspicious about his plan, but Chibi said that the last time Bench caved to pressure, it ended badly)
- Flyg0n (really hasn't said much; others say that's not typical of her, but I've never seen her play so I don't know or have anything to go off of)
- Persephone (has been busy and not said much; nothing I find suspicious, though)

Mafia/Third Party:
- HelloYellow17 (the mass confusion surrounding her power; could all be innocent, but as more info comes to light, I feel less confident with her)
- Bluwiikoon (was oddly silent about his ability on Day 1, started Day 2 off claiming innocence as far as the mark goes, only gave any input about his power after being pressured the majority of Day 2)

I know Chibi is confident that Yellow is not mafia, but I'm not so sure. These are my thoughts, 'tis late and I may not make it on before end of day.]]

... Right. So at least Nanu wasn't alone in feeling like there was a whole bunch of pointless leads tossed around during D2. Especially when Gojira (for all that he tried to be helpful) went... No where with his self-deflector claim against Laura / Jackie. While yellow's claims were now a misunderstanding. Because she misread some of Namo's rules. Which forced seren to come out and explain his side of things and--

"... I feel like all we did was run around in fucking circles." Nanu massaged his forehead agitated. "... And even after Sans /Bluwii spoke up, it really only cements my earlier thoughts about how mafia wants us to vote sans because they're possibly setting him up as a red herring.. Even though Sans still comes off as suspicious even after he explained stuff that only leaves us with more questions then answers..." The Island Kahuna ruminated.

Because I know Torchic /Winona is another player who has hinted at their powers but hasn't shared any Intel? Which could be due to being a new player like me? Or just because Torchic / Winona want to be more reserved out of worry to keep themselves alive...maybe.

The entire seren / kimiko and chibi /ajia debacle was a huge misdirect that wasted a good portion of D2 talking. In addition to Shinigojira / Fray tossing out a random accusation at Jackie /Laura without any proof that resulted in him revealing his ability unnecessary.

"So given that mobile sucks and its not worth trying to dig through or quote shit rn.. . I'm going to sit on everything that happened and hopefully find time to compile my thoughts in at least one last post before the EoD vote. Because rn I'm not sure who to vote tbh. And all this was just...a complete disaster for town where it felt like we were running around like headless chickens for a bit. Which wasted valuable time that could have been spent in a more productive manner via the Intel gathering.
