[[This is kind of a fascinating remark that's jumping out at me now that I'm reading through Chibi's posts. "The" good guy with bulletproof? Have we established somewhere that there are exactly two bulletproofs, one town and one scum? Even if we had, wouldn't "the" good guy with bulletproof then be presumed to be Mike, who had claimed bulletproof on the previous day, and thus would hardly be targeted by the mafia? Or is Chibi just invisibly assuming that Mike isn't really bulletproof at all, without comment? It feels weirdly like Chibi knows something we don't here.]]"Maybe... Altair got attacked by the serial killer? Lying about being attacked would be really risky! He'd have no way of knowing if the good guy with bulletproof got hit instead."
Chibi seized upon the vague discussion of the possibility of deliberately pushing for a day extension and called for doing it for real.
they made a last-ditch attempt to stop it. Of course none of this is damning either - I think we were all reluctant to eliminate Porygon! - but this all easily rhymes with a mafia motivation:
[[We caaaaan still push for an extension if we all vote for somebody who doesn't currently have any votes...]]
[[So if multiple people were suggesting it, then why should it hold any weight against Chibi?[[Multiple people were discussing the possibility of day extension. I wrote that in response to Fuse's remark here. Like I said, we were all reluctant to eliminate Porygon. I believe Steven also suggested at one point that we vote him in order to get the day extended.]]
[[That's fair.[[I said myself in that very post that none of this is damning because we were all reluctant to eliminate Porygon. My whole argument there is that Chibi's Porygon vote is not inexorable proof that they must be innocent, not that it proves they're scum.]]
[[Honestly this is the juicy stuff I was looking for. A little slip, yes, but I am starting to see your point of view."The" good guy with bulletproof? Have we established somewhere that there are exactly two bulletproofs, one town and one scum?
They tunneled Bart pretty hard, and it would be in a Mafia RC's best interest to eliminate any claimed docs, so as to remove protection from anyone else.- First, they just vote Bartholomew,
This is also true. Wiki sez that Cop will turn up whether or not someone is "not town," so they can find the SK, so that does look like throwing a little smoke.I had the same thought as I mentioned in the thread there too, but nonetheless, it is an effort to make the claimed cop suspect...
Ebony didn’t like this game anymore.
“Jean is the strong-guy.”
[[I do want to say again, because I really like to repeat myself on this point because it's genuinely just a thing that bugs me okay, that we really can't actually assume for sure that Namo is GMing everything like the wiki says in this game; remember, we had healer clash, which is mentioned nowhere on the wiki page for the doctor role]]This is also true. Wiki sez that Cop will turn up whether or not someone is "not town," so they can find the SK, so that does look like throwing a little smoke.
[[Huh, though, that's an interesting point. One would assume the role names used in the list Namo wrote up are the ones he's actually using? Though Chibi was speaking in character there so maybe it's just that Ebony wouldn't know the word 'juggernaut'?]]The Rules call the role "Juggernaut." They do not call it "Strong-man." And I feel like that's a pretty strange mistake to make.]]

[[Both of these feel like flimsy arguments because they simply read as RP flavor to me. “The good guy with bullet-proof” and “the strong-guy” just read as Ebony’s way of addressing other characters, not as some kind of slip-up. Tefiren did this all the time last game with everyone. These particular arguments don’t hold much water, IMO.]]The Rules call the role "Juggernaut." They do not call it "Strong-man." [[Yeah, it's not super strong, but Free convinced me enough that there might be something to the Scum!Chibi claim that I felt like pointing it out to get people's thoughts on it.]][[Both of these feel like flimsy arguments because they simply read as RP flavor to me. “The good guy with bullet-proof” and “the strong-guy” just read as Ebony’s way of addressing other characters, not as some kind of slip-up. [[I waffled over whether I should, but I was still thinking SparklingEspeon or TheGOAT might attempt to claim doctor and I'd be able to catch them out that way.]][[Before I post readlist though I did find it weird that Free didn't just claim properly yesterday that there are guranteed 2 doctor which would have been helpful to us to know on that particular day, but kept that to themselves which was... unhelpful. No reason to keep that hint close to the vest imo.
