- Speed+1

Shadow Sight is a new turn 0 move that gives Cabot +2 Speed and allows him to ignore enemy Evasion buffs.

Also swapping Hyperactive with Tranquil Spirit for free because of the new speed meta.

And I'm purchasing the following high tier perks:

Augmented
Second Chance

Finally, I'm buying the following items:
