"No reason in particular," Seyka said, his smile fading. "You said it yourself, you're remembered for your actions. At least, you said something close to that."
"More to the point though," the Skarmory said. "It's- well, it's easy to be happy, to have no regrets when no one expects anything of you."
"It's funny actually. The reason I'm here in the first place is that- I guess in some way, I wanted to be a hero. But that wouldn't make up for anything huh? It probably wouldn't really make me happy either."
"Oops, that's probably boring stuff," Seyka said. "Sorry for making you listen to that. Why do I really want to be unremarkable?"
Seyka smiled. "Because then, no one can see me coming! It's the unexpected that makes life worth it."
