"Well..." Rocky said, giving Ivy a sidelong look as she stuck her face in Vix's head again, "I think if Deoxys feels like it's really dangerous, we shouldn't go too close. If we do get attacked, Deoxys could get hurt, and then Karat would get mad. Really mad." Rocky shuddered. "He can be pretty scary. Like Petram said, we just need to check things out real fast! I don't think we have to go all the way if Deoxys gets scared."

Petram stared as Ivy retreated into her core and dropped inside of Vix’s head. Did she consider Vix some kind of ghostly bouncy balls vending machine or something?

“Weeell… So, do we have a plan, then?” He glanced at the others. “We take a peek, avoid lasers of death, and return back to Cibus. Should be easy peasy~!”

Raven turned to Petram. "We do! Yes, it should be easy. All we will be doing is observing..."

At the sound of the clunk, Raven turned her head back to Vix and... Well, where Ivy probably was. It was good that she was having fun, and inside the Chandelure was as good a place as any. It would be safe, at least.

Finally, Deoxys appeared, along with Karat, making for two Mewtwo and three powerful Psychics in their presence.

"You realize that you're going to die from this, right?" Karat said flatly, glaring at the group of Ultra Shades and a Vix. "I know you guys aren't too afraid of death, but that is what will happen if you do this."

"The only one going that could die would be me, and I'm not as bothered by dying again as I probably should be," Vix nodded, putting her head back on. "I'll probably be fine."

Her own severe lack of self preservation aside, Vix looked to the shades, smiling. "It's like we planned, we go up, see what we can see, then come back as soon and as safely as possible."

"We'll be fine!" Ivy chittered from within Vix's head. She pushed her face against the side and smiled widely, though her continously melting face only made the sight horrific to some.

"We're just gonna go up there, have some fun, eat moon ice cream - the crunchy kind - and then come right back!" Ivy giggled and danced around. "It's gonna be. So. Much. Fun!"

So he didn't even know, he just thought? Rocky only hesitated for a second. "It's okay. We'll be careful. And we won't let Deoxys get hurt, either!" He nodded at the alien pokémon. "You should turn back if things get too scary. We don't have to go all the way!"

Ivy didn't seem like she was going to let them leave without payment, though. "Sure," Rocky said, conjuring a wispy imitation of a hotdog from ectoplasm. "Here you go."

Petram’s ears flattened. “I have only cupcakes with me. What about an IOU?” he asked, before placing the bag on the floor. The Ninetales wondered idly if its element-proof properties would have been enough to not destroy it or something like that…

Heh. He could always ask for IOU to any alien that would cross their path, in case the cupcakes became mushcakes.

“So, huh, here goes nothing!”

Petram’s body flashed with a purple light, before retreating into his core. The core dropped and made a soft thump, while purple sparks circled it.

“…I might have forgotten how to levitate. Silly me,” he said from the depth of his core, which wiggled slowly.

"It's like Rocky said. We're durable, and we aren't going to be up there long.", Raven commented while gently handing Petram's core to Vix, then sank into her own stone. Once she was inside Vix herself, she spoke up again.

Make sure that when we arrive to start reporting anything you observe, no matter how small it may seem...

She gave Ivy a hotdog shaped bit of ectoplasm too.

"Suuuuuure," Vix chuckled, lifting Petram's stone and tossing it in her head. "Lazy bones."

She nodded to what Raven said, accidentally rattling the stones. "Every keep an eye out for anything. Oh, that reminds me." Vix plucked off one of her eyes, turning it as transparent as possible. It looked like a fancy piece of black and yellow glass. "I might be able to chuck this on the moon, extra surveillance and all that, if or when it gets used."
