788 today. Kind of a lousy day. I couldn't really sit for health reasons, disrupting gaming (I tried but was too lethargic to hold my Switch) and writing alike. Most of the words came from a supplemental thing I've been thinking of for a while but never found the groove for until now. They weren't really flowing otherwise.

Hm, you can attack multiple times? Well, I only have the one active thing grouped together for being related (plus being a Normal type is ??? here). But Togepi is a fairy so we'll hit @CuteBunnyGirl 's Joy.

1466 today, that's better. The bulk of it went into NFiL, be they edits or new stuff to chapter 2-1 and mostly finishing up the prologue/0-1/1-1?. It's starting to take enough shape, problem is what do I do after? I also got some maintenance in order.

Very good progress, and if it wasn't so late and I didn't get recruited for bugtesting a game and my brother wasn't a talkaholic like always, I'd finish it off. Something for tomorrow! We'll cycle and attack @CuteBunnyGirl 's Joy again. It's going to hit level 100 either tomorrow or the day after so I'll have to think of something new.

Speaking of, I mused whether to count these 815 words for Slib or not. But if RP counts as tangent to fic, a guide website draft probably should for tangent to written gameplay reports. :P Updating it for the new version is probably going to consume a chunk of my time over the next week or so, and they're words a lot of people are going to see. What does it mean for a Ditto to attack? Are Normal-types just screwed because they can't get supereffective? We'll hit @Negrek 's Prill in any case just to make this situation as absurd as possible.

What does it mean for a Ditto to attack? Are Normal-types just screwed because they can't get supereffective?

That's why I put the rule of getting the additional +20 points if you take revenge even if it's not supereffective. Normal times can't hit for supereffective but at least they can still get the revenge bonus if they retaliate.

So, to recap:

- Pokémon hits for normal/ineffective damage: +50 points
- Pokémon hits for supereffective: +50 +20 = +70 points
- Pokémon takes revenge on any Pokémon that hit it: 70 points

Yeah, I figured. It's just kind of a handicap for Normals, but shrug. More on the silly side of the thought process though, it's interesting to think about for a Ditto because they don't have proper attacks: they transform.
