He grumbled to himself. "Rocky no like situation. All closed loop confirmations, nothing to tie ultimate truths together."

"Rocky think solution will come from analyzing closed loop pairs confirming each other, and seeing which pairs are attacking others."

"Eliminating pairs of players likely to be teammates could help figure out who lying and who telling truth."

He grumbled again. "This messy. Will need big human thinking machine for this."

[[Lots of 'he said she said' going on in here, ha. Lots of pairs confirming each other's information in a vacuum. Not everything can be true tho, so somebody is lying, and using someone else to cover for them.

Lots of definitely thinking their information is right, too. From where Rocky is sitting, there's only a handful of definite truths, and most of the claims today aren't any of them.

I'd like to get on this sooner, but my toxic millennial trait is needing to be on my laptop for heavy computing tasks. After work I'll dig in further.]]

Sorry but this doesn’t read as anything other than flailing to me. And given the wincon settings for this game, the role of Mayor just…doesn’t make much sense? I guess this could be an oversight, but I find it more likely that Mayor never was in the game to begin with.

I’m going to take a closer look at Chibi though, because on the very unlikely chance you aren’t scum, then they’re playing us like a fiddle. Don’t have time to re-analyze previous posts until later today, ugh]]

Ngl fam, I was tempted to just step out and not participate much after I got voted out, because not only am I town and I did literally NOTHING wrong, I got screwed over by the setup in the most infuriating way possible, was dogpiled for being frustrated about it, and have since spent the entire freaking game aggressively scum hunting and borderline nagging everyone else to contribute. Please, by all means, tell me how that’s scummy play, I’ll freaking wait.

If you’re truly town, you will drop this obvious smoke-blowing play, because all it does is waste time and distract from the LIVING scum still left. (Btw the ones who benefit most from Town believing two scum are dead are, you guessed it, the scum team!)

Rather than shouting incessantly about how I must be scum, PROVE to me that my play has been anything but pro-town. Make an actual argument.

Frankly, I've been hoping we WOULD lose if my theory that there was no scum at all was true, but that was obviously thrown off the window by that kill... Though I find something weird in what that evolved Zorua was saying...

It would also mean the rat believed they’d sniffed out the demon, and therefore ostensibly knew who the game winning elimination would be, and spent their one vote on someone else. That wasn’t ideal at all.

“Anyway, I suppose that’s our first person not to heed the advice that you shouldn’t waste your dead vote if you don’t know it’ll make the difference. We’ve just woken up and have no idea what the trains will be. Surely, even if town, you understand the optics of your own behaviour, no? [[This could also be erratic play, though. We often get an erratic player who we all assume is scum until they flip and we realize it was just that. Except they don’t flip here. If Drake’s not evil, though, I’m not happy: It’d mean we could reach Eliminate or Lose tomorrow which sucks ass bc Scarlet Woman is intended to be guaranteed disabled at EoL so that the demon can’t fail an EoL and just… win anyway, but it would not be disabled here, creating a hellish game state. Should I just ignore this if I think Drake’s scum? Maybe? I feel remiss not mentioning it if it’s influencing my thinking though.]]

[[I should actually lock in at work now, but after work I'm gonna go through every possible poison sequence to nail down what I think the most likely one is. Much as I hate to admit it, I'm not actually certain that Malachai is evil, because tunnelling on me is something I could see them doing as town. The only problem is that if they're not evil then I have to take a closer look at my townreads, which I don't like. I'm also not sold that Madeline is clear, but I need to go through the poison possibility-scape again when I'm less distracted. I don't want to just blindly trust that the info we got today wasn't wrong.]]

It feels obvious to me that Dave was killed because he was most likely the Monk. However, being that Dave was also the only other goddamn person here putting some sus on Morgan's weird ass playing, and being that my sus of Morgan hasn't AT ALL left yet, I could see that kill being beneficial in that regard too. Now the only people left are fighting about voting Chibi, uA, or Tetra.

I really need to get my brain together on these roles though, I'm simply not computing very well right now. Y'all need to fucking STOP automatically clearing Morgan, though. ]]

{{One thing I want to point out: if Morgan is scum, then Madeline is almost certainly not, and could only be scum of one of them is a spy. This seems unlikely when the setup of Demon/Scarlet Woman/Poisoner seems far more likely. And given the conflicting results Elgyem got, there is presumably a poisoner.

If Madeline is telling the truth about her slayer role, then even if Morgan is scum, she cannot be the demon. Still a potential problem, but perhaps lower priority versus susing out who the demon might be, most likely one of UA/Chibi I think]]

Okay, so! Thoughts from the last two days:

How— What, no, we got incriminating results on the same person.

[[Then we are in agreement??? This is why I do not want to kill Madeline, and do not trust your information. I am not accusing you of foul play.]]

But how could we have gotten incriminating results on the same Mimikyu last night unless we were both poisoned, which is impossible? How can we be in agreement if Madeline is innocent? If I were poisoned, then you couldn't have been, but we both got evil results. If you knew that you weren't poisoned, then why would you claim that you were and got false results? Were you not reporting who you checked for some reason?

The major thing that keeps bothering me though is that Morgan wanted the Monk to claim. That rings as the most scummy to me, like, Dave is now dead, completely predictably. I wanted to make a post about it before because I thought it was also weird that Chibi wanted the monk to claim, which is pretty suspicious, but then it actually happened.

Rock not being an outsider is numerically weird.

Rocky - I think it's a waste of time to consider Rocky a suspect because the setup only having one outsider would be really weird. I'm basically throwing him in my confirmed pile so I don't have to think about him.

I spent a while going over previous assumptions made about the game state because I was taking what Morgan says as fact, and upon reassessment, these reactions are also weird to me. Considering that Rocky is mostly verified based off of Morgan's logic. Is it only based on the idea that we have to have exactly 2 outsiders? Why can't we just have 1?
