Chapter 3

Hi, heres your tangoversion catnip, enjoy.

Chapter 3 - Sorre Strikes

30 minutes after the crash



Joseph : Daisuke! Get up! Daisuke!

Candisly this is the weordest case of wake up chrono i've seen in fiction in a long time... i wonder why joseph waited so long to wake dai?

Daisuke : Uhh... What happened, sir? Are we all okay?



Joseph : Don't worry. We're in the chopper. Or at least what remains of it.



Daisuke glances at the damaged chopper. The rest of the crew is seen resting in the chopper.

With it being a crash i'm surprised theres enough of a chopter to rest in. I'm also wondering how Dia didn't notice the remains (non smoking i guess) of the whirly bird almost as soon as he woke up since... well even a one person one is large and the militaty ones that were running pick up ect couldn't of been tiny.

Daisuke : Is anyone hurt ?



The rest: No.

The rest? His classmates, the piolets? This also cpuld be a point to show where everyone is and what theyre dping by doing a soundoff if you wanted to...

Joseph : Well, by some miracle all of us came out unscathed. However, we are stranded in the middle of a desert now and we don't know which region we are in right now.

You'll notice that there are 2x nows right next to eachnother? Because this is a dialogue heavy fic you might want to revisit it to change that up a bit. Otherwise it makes the talker sound repetative, and theres no scenery, or action, to distract from the flaw. It pops more for being so isolated.

Daisuke : It's obviously not Kanto and Johto because they don't have deserts. There isn't a sandstorm right now so we're probably not in Hoenn becaue the desert there has a permanent sandstorm. So right now the only logical answer is Orre.

Well someone passed basic geography... because this is pretty au i'm surprised the maps werent tweeked more...

Joseph: Well I think that you're correct because I can't see anything other than sand.

Maxie might take that as praise. Somewhere in hoenn he's thrilled and doesnt know wht...

Daisuke: Well, in that case we need to scavenge whatever we can find from the wreckage and get to civilasation as quickly as possible.

Also... water. And arwnt these kids? Shouldnt they be freaking out about mom dad sibs being stranded ect?

Mewtwo : I didn't get the chace to properly introduce myself just now so I'm going to be introducing myself. My name is Kakuro Noshiteru. I moved to Kanto from Johto last week. That's why I was walking around when Daisuke and Jean spotted me.

i mean ko' could of been hitting the mom and pop mart for milk... but moving between regions works. Though why he's divulging this amount of detail in everyones hearing shot is confusing.

Abdul: Oh, so that's why you were walking there! (This kid's alibi makes no sense! I'm pretty sure that the soldiers were also terrorising the areas near the school.)

Why is the later half of abdul's dialogue in patenthases?

Jean: Anyways, let's start scavenging for anything of use.

Like water? I'm surprised no ones commented on the heat. Orre was a dust bowl and all that...

The group searches for around 10 minutes and find nothing of use.

Also consoderong the piolets are military persons i'm surprised they aren't stepping up to lead more...

Daisuke : Damn it! There's nothing but scrap metal! There's not even any guns that we could use in case things go south.

but realistically, how many of them know how to shoot? And those that do how many have superpowers instead?

Jean : Fantastique! We are stuck in the middle of a desert and we have nothing to defend ourselves with!



Kakuro : Well we have our abi-



Jean(whispering) : I don't think we should tell our teachers. They might freak out.



Kakuro(whispering) : I guess you're right.

Kakuro basically screamed "I'm mewtwo" and there were lightsjows earlier. Jow oblivious are these tag along cast members again?

Daisuke(whispering) : Agreed. Who knows how Mr. Joseph and Mr. Abdul would react.



In the distance



??? : So those bastards survived the crash? Quite impressive for two old ass bums and three idiots. They'll be wishing that they died in the crash though.

So are we tagging along with silver- i mean ??? Now?

After the failed scavenging, the group proceeds to go north in an attempt to reach the closest town.

Um no it looks like we are revisitong the scaveng8ng again and then going north... its a shame we dont get a reason as to why they picked north...

Jean : Oh, merde. I feel like an ice cream on a hot summer day. Do any of you guys feel the same?



Daisuke : Well, yeah. However it was this or going at night when we could get ambushed by who knows how many wild pokémon when we're at our most tired and vulnerable.

But heat stroke and dehydration! And how are the mundane kids/teachers coping suoer squad? Inquiring minds and all that...

Jean : Well, I would rather get a very terrible sunburn than get eaten alive by several or more wild poke'mon.



Kakuro : I agree with Daisuke. However, the heat is killing me right now.

And everyone else. Did anypne pack sunscreen?

Joseph : Well, can't blame you. Johto's weather is a lot cooler than Kanto and this region.



Abdul : Anyways, I think I see some buildings nearby on that canyon. So, we must be close to civilisation.

O hope its not a heat mirrage. Those are the worst...

Joseph : Well then, let's keep going forward.



As the group was marching forwards towards the buildings, both Daisuke and Kakuro sensed a foreign psychic signature in their vicinity.



Kakuro : Mr. Joseph I think that somebody might be watching us.



Joseph : What makes you think that Kakuro?



Kakuro : Well, I had a gut feeling that something was off.



Abdul : Come to think about it, we haven't discussed the possibility of some of those soldiers tailing us here.



Just as Abdul finished his sentence, a rocket came flying at the group.



Daisuke : Everyone run rocket inbound!!!



The group manages to dodge the rocket in time.

Highschoolers... dodged a military rocket? Ala smash bros twinkle toe style dodgong? Or did they all scatter and it hit where they were? Or was it a really bad shot?

Jean : What the hell kind of maniac shoots rockets at random people?!



Just as Jean finished talking, a purple metallic looking arm emerged from the sand and grabbed his right leg.



Jean : MON DIEU!! GET THIS THING OFF ME!!!



Kakuro : AMETHYST WAVE!!



Kakuro launches several purple crystals at the arm which exploded upon contact with said arm.

So muxh for that whole secret identity stuff i guess?

Joseph : Everyone! We need to get to the town as quickly as possible before this maniac kills us!

What maniac? The purple monster or mr. Rocket launcher?

The group starts running towards the canyon at full speed. However, bigger arms appear in the way creating a blockade that blocks them from the canyon.



Joseph : Oh shit! Everyone dodge the arms!



The arms begin swinging around trying to hit the group. In the distance, the mysterious man was watching the group dodge his arms with relative ease.



???: (This isn't good! My arms aren't precise or fast enough to nail them! I guess I have to handle them myself.)



He then proceeds to activate his jetpack and flies towards the group, intending to finish them off with a barrage of rockets from his jetpack.

He's going to shoot his own hands? Isnt that going to hurt?

???: This'll do!



Kakuro : There's that guy! He's shooting more rockets at us!

How did they see mr. Flyguy anyway?

The group manages to dodge the rockets which proceed to destroy the arms instead.



Daisuke: You piece of shit! Take this!



Daisuke throws several electric tanto towards the assailant. He manages to dodge most of them but he is hit by two of them.

A) whats a tanto

B) isn't rocket man like super duper high up/in the distance? How is Dai making the shots?

??? : Arghhh! That shit hurt! You'll regret ever crossing Sorre you pole looking piece of shit!

Laughs. Pole looking? You mean Dia is a string bean build? Laughs. I'm sorry but i'm not able to take either mr. Rocket or stick boy too seriously right now...

Sorre summons more arms to hopefully crush the group. Unfortunately, all of the arms miss due to their piss poor accuracy and speed.



Sorre : (Screw those shitty arms! I'll just finish them off with my guns!)

Paranthasis what do they mean again?

Sorre then pulls out two submachine guns and starts firing at both Daisuke and Kakuro.

Submachine guns? Sigh. I'll hit up google i guess...

Daisuke : Kakuro! He's targeting us! We need to finish him quickly!

Us? Dai is making a bit of a stretch here...

Kakuro : Got that Daisuke! Let's finish him with style!



Daisuke and Kakuro begin by shooting at Sorre with the electric Tanto and Amethyst Wave, which he dodges easily.

Whats electric tango look loke again? How do they look melded together?

Sorre : L L L L L you missed losers!

Lll?

Daisuke and Kakuro: Oh really?



Daisuke and Kakuro proceed to use telekinesis to guide the Tanto and Amethyst Wave to Sorre's jetpack. The Jetpack then explodes after contact with both types of projectiles causing Sorre to be blasted into he sky. Daisuke and Kakuro then pose dramatically to end the combo.

They blasted off mr. Rockwt? I suspect jessie and james will mosey out w alawsuit at this rate.

Daisuke : Man, that was a blast wasn't it? No pun intended.



Kakuro : Haha, yes it was.



Their conversation is suddenly interrupted when a giant worm pokémon devoured Sorre who was falling from the air. The giant worm pokémon then proceeds to return underground never to be seen again.

Guess whonis not returning. So was it a stealix... or?

Kakuro : ......Well that just happened.



Daisuke : Yare Yare. Let's just get to the damn town already.

Yareyare? Whats that mean?

Biography : Kakuro Noshiteru



A product of the Mewtwo's from the Mewtwo Project made by Team Rocket in the year 1996, his parents and all the other "First Generation Mewtwo" were cloned from the DNA from the eyelashes of various Mew's gathered across 5 years, Team Rocket aimed to use the Mewtwo to conquer the entirety of the world of Pokémon. However, blinded by their hubris they did not consider making contingency plans to prevent a Mewtwo uprising which led to their downfall. The Mewtwos then spread across the entire world to live in secrecy. Abilities : Psychic abilities(Similar to Daisuke e.g mind reading, telekinesis and more.), Explosive psionic constructs- Kakuro can create constructs out of psionic energy (wires, blocks and rods) that can be set to timed detonation , contact detonation or manual detonation. Likes : Cherries, reading, females h---- and sunbathing Favourite foods : Any kind of fish dish and ice cream with cherries. Dislikes : His brother teasing him , people annoying him when he tries to read and people who exploit others for their own gain. Height 5 ft 7 ½ inches(171.45 cm)
