Fantastic! Thanks to everyone who signed up for our first zine; I think it’s going to turn out amazing. I also have to apologize for the radio silence some of you have received regarding this project; rl concerns have been keeping me much scarcer than I would like recently, and I’m currently out traveling again. Look for a big update and a reply to your messages on Tuesday once I’m home again. We’ll have another update on contest progress—likely the last before results—and we’ll kick this project into proper gear. Thanks for your patience while I get things sorted out!

Hi, uh, I'm really late for the signup. So this isn't a formal application but I wanna say I'm still interested if y'all ever need backup artist or illustration. Otherwise, good luck with the zine! now I'm dipping out again

All right, the contest results are in, several pieces have been published already, and revisions on the remaining ones should wrap up soon! At this point, I'm hoping to have all illustration and writing pieces that have already been assigned in by October 20th so I can begin compiling them into a proper zine! A number of you have already turned your pieces in, which is amazing--thank you so much! If I haven't heard from you recently, I'll be contacting you in the next couple days to check in on your progress.

We do still have a handful of contest entries without a dedicated illustration, so if you're interested in contributing one (whether you've already put together one or two or not), let me know! These late assignments would have a turn-in date later than the 20th.
