Tricky caught the sunglasses without much enthusiasm. They were covered in glitter and hot pink all over. She unfolded them hesitantly and put them on. They colored the world weirdly, but at least the sky was pink instead of purple now.

Whatever improvement that was.

"How do I look?" she asked.

That admittedly made Tricky feel a little better. She couldn't help but let out a snort. She got up from where she was standing, still wearing the sunglasses, and walked over.

"So are you doing anything interesting? I'll come with."

"Well, the plan is to take these sunglasses back to the guild so they can be properly distributed." Esper put both hands back on the bag to stop it from falling. "But knowing you lot, y'all probably took off in random directions to either talk or have angsty moments or nurse secret crushes. Whatever the flavor of the moment is."

Made sense.

"So are you going around town, or just back to the guild?" Tricky asked. "I don't think I see any of them her--" Something caught her attention off the left "--Hey, is that an ice cream stand over there?"

On closer inspection, the stand was selling snow globes. Which weren't edible, so they became a little less interesting than before. "I guess it's not an ice cream anything."

Some of the snow globes had cute little pokemon tucked away inside. Maybe they were somewhat interesting after all.

"Wanna go get a snow globe?" Tricky asked, oblivious to the huge bag Esper was already carrying.

Something between confusion and curiosity crept into Tricky's mind at that. "You can... deep fry snow globes?" she asked incredulously. "Where did you eat those, even?"

Tricky was a big eater, but an entire deep fried planet was a bit beyond even her appetite.

"Gross... But if there's a deep fried planet, how many other planets have you been to? I've only been to one..."

If you could consider this planet the same as the one back home.

Tricky got that. If he'd lost count... it must have been more than thirty for sure.

"Is that normal for you guys? The pokemon where I'm from don't ever travel to other planets. I haven't even seen a pokemon like you before."

"...Like the purple sky, I guess."

The sky was brought to the forefront of Tricky's mind again -- darnit, she'd just been managing to block that out -- and she shook her head to try and ignore it.

"Anyway, want to go get snow globes now?" Tricky asked. On closer inspection, she was sure she'd seen somemon walking away with a chocolate-dipped one on a stick.

While Cabot had gone back to the guild, Pleo ventured further into town to look for the supplies they'd need for their fight against Joule. His curiosity eventually lead him to Pasta Plaza: Destiny Village's infamous entertainment district. He'd heard some less than flattering things about the place, but with a name like that and all the pretty lights around it surely couldn't be that bad, right?

It didn't take long before Pleo had found a Kecleon shop, and after only a few minutes, he'd managed to buy all the items he and Cabot needed. It was easier than he'd expected. All he had to do was ask the shopkeepers about the items that Cabot had written down for him, and thanks to the tab Team Spectrum had with the guild, they'd give it to him!

The young Lugia soon made his way back for the guild, proud that he'd managed to buy everything all by himself, when the smell of food caught his attention. He looked over and noticed a stand selling some sort of pastry in a variety of colors. Red, blue, purple, green, yellow... Whatever it was, if buying it was as easy as the supplies he got earlier he wouldn't mind getting some yummy snacks for him and Cabot! With that in mind, the shadowy bird walked over to the stand.

"Oh! What sort of food is that?" Pleo asked the shopkeeper. "It smells really nice!"
