Heyo Negrek - I saw your new tagline! My Kanji knowledge is super rusty, but I recognize "morning", "3", and "4"... had to consult Jisho for the third one.

It seems to translate to "3 mornings, 4 evenings", at least literally, but I'm guessing it's actually a metaphor?

It's not Kanji! It's a kind of Chinese idiom called a chengyu. It does mean "three in the morning, four in the evening" and refers to a story about monkeys having different numbers of bananas in morning and evening. It's used to mean that something is always changing; for example, it can be used to describe somebody who can never make up their mind.
