Within the vastness of the multiverse, a variety of worlds lay. Some of humans and Pokemon, some of only Pokemon. Some bright and full of wonder, some with most inhabitants barely clinging to life. Some connected to other worlds, some in their own corner.

One world in this endless reality is...odd. Ever-changing, with no inhabitants of its own. Usually taking the form of a blank, white void, though sometimes, it's something...more. A small, quaint village. A ship on an endless ocean. A tower piercing the skies. Some refer to this place as "The White Void". And today, it has taken the form of an amusement park.

Let's come see it for ourselves, shall we?



Welcome to the third forum Flash RP! These are low-commitment RPs, designed for just having fun with RPing your characters! No stress, no obligations, just fun!

Like the previous forum Flash RPs, this will be open for one week.

Circumstances:
A strange being has appeared before your characters, referring to herself as a Voice of Life. Appearing as either a young human woman or a Bagon, she offers them a chance to see another world, with no risk or danger. All they have to do is walk through a portal, and they'll be there. And when their time is up in that world, and they return, it'll be like nothing changed at all.

Tetra already did an excellent job explaining the rules in this post, so I won't repeat it in as much depth here, but please read that post and its rules first before signing up. Rules and etiquitte are exactly the same, except Hoopa isn't here. Your characters have agreed to come, be respectful, no godmoding, don't take anything personally, use [[]] for OOC communication in the thread, nothing sexual in nature, and treat others how you want to be treated.

Despite being a pirate whose day job is to rob others, he has a good-natured streak that keeps him approachable and relatively personable.

Trying to keep herself safe from harm, she hides herself behind a mask and tries to play to the lie as best as she can... but at the end of the day, she is only human.

Misc: Child of one of the wealthiest families in Kalos, Dorien likes to make sure people know he's rich. Whether it's what he wears or blatantly discussing it, you'll be sure to know. He takes pride in his appearance, so you best not do anything to jostle him, or it won't end well for you. He currently dabbles in some pretty nefarious affairs aside from being a shiny hunter, but he's a little less loose lipped about that. He'd rather just talk about how much he absolutely wants to strangle adores his girlfriend, Odette.

As the vessel for the Pokemon of Greed, Armel struggles with his memory and keeping his thoughts straight, as a result of the mind eater constantly preying on his mentality. His lifeline is a tablet that he constantly types his thoughts and observations into, so he remembers what he's done in the event he forgets.

Misc: Lyle hails from a PMD setting where a mainline world from twenty proverbial minutes into the future was abruptly sundered by a mysterious event known as the Great Flash, leaving behind a mechanically PMD setting with the skeletons of bygone human civilizations lingering in their midst. His particular corner of it has been locked in a long-running war with a rival land that's drug on for multiple generations, with a much longer history of the two not getting along with each other writ large.

A one-time apprentice glassblower who has turned to Outlawry by a mix of tough circumstances and poor decisions who has grown estranged from his immediate family. A bit of a cynic and can be a bit standoffish in personality, especially when poorly fed... like in most of his recent past. But if you can get his guard down and get him to open up, you'll find a decently warm personality, if a bit worn-down from not having many chances to just take a breather and not worry about the future for once.

Misc:
Kalas hails from a setting where Pokémon and Humans live alongside each other, but Pokémon have developed their own forms of urbanization and governance that would be recognizable to us. Kalas once worked as a detective part of a Pokémon police force in a human city, helping work some cases such as the high-profile "Lansat Syrup Syndicate". After that he retired and he's spent the last few years taking odd jobs as a sort of private detective, keeping an eye on some of the low-lifes of back when his time around town.

While his job taught him to pretend be a loner, he seeks out and enjoys limited forms of companionship. He even "adopted" a young Spearow street urchin recently, or rather he could find himself no sincere excuse to get rid of him considering the young Spearow seems to idolize him and gets him free food (that Kalas really hopes is not stolen).

Species: Murkrow (Honchkrow stage)
Misc:
Tiana hails from the same setting as Kalas. Her father is a high-ranking treasurer of the city's Murkrow Mafiya, although she never cared much for the family business (she found it "dispassionate", not grateful towards her involvement) and instead pursues her talents as a singer and entertainer to the city's higher-class birds, joining small choirs of birds that gather to sing and dance at the city's plazas and fountains.

She went through the rebellious "f.u dad" teenage phase, and from there she grew to like the openness of art expression in general, and mellowed into a laxer "I record my own discs and can even pay your taxes" attitude. She still likes to ruffle dad's feathers somewhat, which she does by paying extra attention to select male birds such as a certain aforementioned detective bird that she knows has the eye put on daddy's business.

These two characters are from my 2019 story A Case of Winging It, although I'm bringing them around outside of direct relation to the story to see how they develop when they have an excuse for some together time.

Misc: Part adorable, part obnoxious, part innocent airhead who may not be quite as innocent or airheaded as she seems. Spent most of her life as a pretty photogenic Vulpix Pokémorph before a rather traumatic evolution that left her looking misproportioned and unsettling. Let's say we're plucking them from a few months after this for this.

Gender: Agender (they/them)
Species: Abomasnow
Misc: Hails from an original PMD world with no trace of human existence. Pandelume is considered astonishingly reckless and outspoken by the standards of Abomasnow, but overly cautious and reserved by the standards of shorter-lived Pokemon. They're old enough to remember what the world was like before the mystery dungeons started to appear, and feel a deep but rarely expressed sadness at how much the world has declined since then. Determined to find some way to stop the dungeons, although their main priority is to find a way for themselves to survive, rather than saving the world. Has traveled the world extensively and learned much in pursuit of this goal, although they still lack a feasible plan.

Name: Stanley (Full title: Gardener Stanley Surskit)
Age: 49 seasons (Mental age of 14 in human years. Roughly 75 human years old in terms of remaining lifespan, but only 50 human years old in terms of current physical fitness, as Pokemon tend to maintain good health until late in their life.)

Species: Surskit
Misc: Spent the first six years of his life living in the wild, until an incident where his entire friend group was killed in a dungeon while trying to save one of their members. Stanley only survived because of his decision to run away in the final battle. After this, he moved to a small village to seek protection from the dungeons, and became an apprentice to a local florist. Like most formerly wild Pokemon, he wasn't particularly fond of following orders, so he tried to get through the apprenticeship as quickly as possible, pouring his total attention into it. However, the process took longer than expected, and Stanley didn't graduate to journeymon level until he was 11 years old. Although he had planned to evolve at some point to extend his lifespan, now it seems too late for that, and he currently only has two to three seasons of decent health remaining, followed by two to four seasons of rapidly declining health. Generally bitter about a society which he views as having exploited him, and also paranoid about people trying to take advantage of his old age, he decided to 'even it out' by getting a Friend Bow, an illegal magic item which causes Pokemon to like you more. However, he was caught and conscripted into a dungeon exploration team, where he currently is today.
