Hmmm I'm gonna guess Lachrymose Ampharos for 'tearful sheep' @Negrek ? (yes I used a thesaurus, after picking the poke)

I'm glad I was onto half of the ghost-type one, but I wasn't confident enough to make the guess at the other bit.
