Q: How do offsite reviews factor into the Week 3 theme (review a fic with fewer than X reviews)?
A: For the purposes of Week 3 theme eligibility specifically, offsite reviews are not counted. This means that 1) a chapter posted on TR that has X or more reviews across several different sites but has fewer than X reviews on TR is still eligible and 2) offsite chapters are not eligible for the Week 3 theme if the chapter is not also hosted on TR.

Yup! Looks good.

(And it doesn't matter here, but in case you're figuring out eligibility for other fics this week, it's less than four reviews at the start of the week, not when you review it--that way, people aren't trying to snipe through each other's reviews to get the fourth review or whatever.)
