Fic writers love a juicy, well-thought-out comment, but sometimes responding to our favorites can be intimidating! It's great that Review Blitz brings so many new comments to the community, but it can be especially hard to attend to them when you're trying to read and get as many reviews out as possible for yourself.

Enter reply blitz! This is a casual mini-event for anyone who might like a little more accountability in getting their comment replies out in a timely manner. This year, Reply Blitz runs from February 8th - February 15th.

Here's how it works:

1. Pledge the number of review replies you'd like to complete. This can be as few as one, up to dozens! As many as you want to try and get done this week.

2. When you complete your replies, post here with links to show that you've met your goal.

3. At the end of Reply Blitz, everyone who completed their goal will be added to a hall of fame in the first post of this thread, along with a special custom title just for you (think silly yearbook title like "Most Likely to Win a Game Corner Porygon").

That's it! Note that while the event is associated with Review Blitz because that's a time when people often get behind on their replies, you can reply to reviews given at any time for this event. If you've had some lovely comments sitting for a year or two that need attention (this is a self-callout), those are perfectly valid to reply to as part of Reply Blitz. As long as the comments are on one of your stories and posted on TR, they're fair game to count for this event!

I want to get like. All of them. I have no idea how many I received but my first priority is definitely BITTP and then LA.

So I am officially declaring my intent to do them all. If I have to guesstimate that's about 4 unique people on BITTP and I think about 3 or 4 for LA

My goal is to reply to all of the reviews directed towards my collection of "no plans to add fresh content in the upcoming calendar year" stories, so that'd be every review since the start of Review Blitz for:

- Village Pokémon
- Like a Dragon
- [NO AUDIO]
- Hunting Game
- Context Switch
- Just West of Paradise
- Fixed Paths
- Dragonspiral's Children

And that's it since I reply to outstanding reviews whenever I bump stories anyways, so I expect to be able to respond to all my reviews for Once a Thief, Grounded, and Fledglings within the span of like a 4-ish weeks of time barring life throwing a curveball at me.

I have a question: how do we tally single replies that are responses to multiple reviews? For instance, Flyg0n left two reviews for Drowning, but I was thinking of just replying to them both at the same time. Would I count that as one reply, or two?

I'm going to set my expectations low and say I want to reply to at least... 2 or 3 reviews from different people I've got on Timeslip. And I think what has been making me procrastinate them so much has been the fact that some comments/impressions are probably already invalidated by following reviews, so I'm going to reply to newest reviews first, since they are the most relevant. So I will hopefully work my way towards clearing the pile backwards...

This seems like a fun little event! Fledglings currently has 3 reviews that still need a response (plus one extra on Serebii), so I'm gonna try to get those done this week.
