Would anyone participate in a quest fic if it were attempted? I think it could make for a few fun hours. Just running through a region as plot happens regardless? I have a plot, original region, characters, factions, everything planned out for an actual fic, but if anyone would, I think it could be a bit of fun. I haven't written in second person much, and I don't have the time for loot tables or anything complicated, but I've DMed for my friends before. If there's a currently ongoing one, please point me to it, I'd like to check it out.

I think quest fics are fun, sure--I'd participate. Assuming you're talking about CYOA where readers submit actions and then you write up what happens next? There aren't any running currently, and there haven't been any as mechanics-heavy as what it sounds like you're talking about, but we've had some in the past, such as Not a Number.
