Please let me know if I need to adjust anything.

Name: Zo (ぞ)
Gender: Male
Pokémon Species: Zorua
Appearance: Zo is slightly fluffier than your average Zorua, wearing a scarf with a (red-orange to white to pinkish-red) gradient around his neck. He's smaller than your average Zorua at only approximately 11 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 11 inches from his nose to the tip of his tail. (I was unable to find consistent measurements)
Age: 16 (made in 2010)
Personality: Zo is much like a certain Zorua that once visited the Sinnoh region's Crown City (and who's home is in what I can only assume to be Lostlorn Forest in the Unova region, given both the field of flowers and trees shown in the movie and the Zoroark event in-game) - a very playful pup with a love for mischief, proud and headstrong with a rash nature that leads him to often pick fights he's ill-prepared for, yet will go to great lengths for his friends, not backing down no matter what.
Moves: Night Daze, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind, Extrasensory
Anything Else?: Being a mere plush, Zo can't make use of his species' trademark illusion ability. He can speak much like Pokémon from the Mystery Dungeon sub-universe, but only in the human language of Japanese, and he can only say so much (there are 15 things Zo can say).

(Here's my best attempt at translating his lines, using both the commercial for the plush and the movie:
(1)「もうすぐ会えるぞ.」[We'll be able to see each other soon.]
(2)「おまえいいやつだぞ!」[You're a good guy!]
(3)「ずっと友達だぞ!」[We'll always be friends!]
(4)「勝っちゃったぞ!」[I won!]
(5)「マァに会いたいぞ!」[I'm going to see Ma!]
(6)「むひひ! 笑っちゃうぞ!」[Muhihi! I'm going to laugh!]
(7)「マァを助けに行くんだぞ.」[I'm going to rescue Ma.]
(8)「おいら強いんだぞ!」[I'm strong, you know!]
(9)「マァ!」[Ma!]
(10)「しゃべっちゃんだぞ.」[I didn't mean to talk.]
(11) 「エヘン!」 [Ahem!]
(12 through 15 are two different growls, a laugh, and a whimper.))

(And yes, Zo is a talking Zorua plush; what can I say, the concept of sentient children's toys à la Toy Story has always seemed pretty interesting to me)

(Hey, thanks! Like I said, I've always been pretty interested in this concept. Oh, and from what videos I've seen on this particular plush, I guess replace what I had initially thought to be line 10 with another whimpering sound effect. By "scarf," I mean a bandana. The scarves in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon appear to look more like bandanas than scarves, but are still called scarves. ZoroarkGradient.pngHere's the gradient on the scarf, too.)

(Alright, thanks!)

A growling sound can be faintly heard from deeper in the cave, and the purple glow of a Shadow Ball can be faintly seen. It sounds like whatever fired that Shadow Ball is battling something, but it’s evidently very far from the team's current location.

Blitz jolts up at the sound of faint growling, considering that he's ALREADY on edge about everything else that's happened before. "Umm... do you USUALLY hear growling sounds in your house?" Blitz asks Shade.

The Zorua just shakes her head, her eyes having a hint of fear in them.

Blitz pauses for another second to process this. "Alright, good to know." The shiny bird suddenly starts heading towards the noise without warning. Shade tries to call after his, but by that point, Blitz is already out of earshot.

Shade just shakes her head and sighs. "Reckless shiny moron..."

The source of the growl does so again as it uses Night Daze. A thick crimson aura surrounds its body. A pink and crimson glowing force field of energy appears from the aura and grows larger, spreading all around it. It laughs at this. "おいら強いんだぞ!" [I'm strong, you know!] it proudly declares. Its opponent, however, brushes this off.

(Hey, quick question: What enemy Pokémon, if any, can appear in this cave? Can Gyarados?)

When Blitz makes it to the battle, he can see a Gyarados fighting against a... rather strange Zorua. The Gyarados roars as it uses Hydro Pump, hoping to destroy the little fox before it. The Zorua tries to dodge, making a small sound of effort as it does, before it uses another Shadow Ball. It laughs at the Gyarados, using Extrasensory. The Gyarados soon uses Surf as it gets even madder, offering Zorua no escape. The Tricky Fox Pokémon whimpers, fear hidden in its eyes.

Though it didn't do much damage, if any, the Ember seems to have distracted Gyarados. The Atrocious Pokémon turns to Blitz, growling as it asks him what he’s doing here and why he's helping this odd Zorua. The Tricky Fox Pokémon uses Calm Mind before preparing a Shadow Ball.

Gyarados returns the stare down, eventually relenting. "Fine, take it! That Zorua's no good for food, anyway!" it says, reluctantly slinking back. The 'Zorua' is relieved, dismissing the Shadow Ball. "勝っちゃったぞ!" [I won!] he cheers.

"おまえいいやつだぞ!" [You're a good guy!] the 'Zorua' tells Blitz. After a quick Extrasensory, the Tricky Fox Pokémon nods as best he can. He's unsure how else to communicate with anyone, since he can only say so much.
