Game-verse Canon Trainer Fic Writers!

I guess more than anything I wanted to reach out to make connections with other writers who are inspired by the trainers like I am! I used to be heavily involved in Pokémon RP groups, but it's been a few years, and most of my friends irl aren't into Pokémon like that. But I feel the same, I like seeing other interpretations of canon and the characters, cuz there's so much flexibility for being creative. I'm very interested in your fics that you described (N my beloveddd), and all the ones you listed sound amazing too!! I have much to feast upon >:3 I think I'll prioritize trying to read fics from everyone who replied directly and then dig around this list - which will definitely take quite a while, but it'll be fun!
( And I appreciate the inclusion of Colosseum!! I love all the different spin off games, I just haven't played them all yet hehe - Colosseum and Gale of Darkness are the one's I'm most excited to get to )

Nothing beats making a whole cake out of even the smallest of crumbs from game canon with our scheming little hands lololol That's definitely the biggest appeal to me. And aw, thank you! I totally understand, don't worry. I'm slow as molasses - both in writing and reading. But if you did read anything from my series, I just hope you'll enjoy it and have a fun time.

By canon not being the focus do you mean that you write OCs more? If so, that's neat :3
Do you have a link for the one with Volkner? That sounds fun to read something where he has a significant role.

Yup. I'm in Sinnoh though, so canon characters are used as seasoning, so to speak.

Here's the one with Volkner. It's loooong, as 339,354 words indicates. :P It lacks a bit of polish (it was before I started heavy editing with checkers, etc) and is sort of a rollercoaster ride, but I still feel it holds up. Like I said, definitely the most prominent canon character in any of my fics, though his role changes in the fic itself over time (still a major character the whole way though).
