... I misread Wind's post, thought they said it was a better idea to try Pano's suggestion now, rather than later. Sorry. God, now you're making me double-guess Pano. He definitely poked a lot of people and we haven't really seen what he has to offer.

Basically, Pano is the one to suggest the idea, and Wind was a bit fast in going with that idea. To me, suggesting something doesn't usually mean they're 100% on that idea, as it's just a suggestion.
