"The Viridian Saga",
A 'verse focusing on Silver, Green, Giovanni, Rocket, and exploring the various what-if scenarios MANGA canon left to linger.

Pre-canon (tales that serve as background notes, histories, and are more or less universal for all branches):

Aquisition
(set pre-Manga to Silver's abduction: Daisy Oak had, at best, a rocky relationship with her father Professor Oak. Oak's neglagence and Daisy's recklessness (and one hell of a misadventure during her journey) had lead her to be swept under Giovanni's wing. She has to call in a slew of old favors with the Viridian Gym Leader when Oak's negligence strikes again, endangering a baby brother she didn't know she even had. Or, how Daisy adopts and raises Blue Oak, and becomes Godparent to Silver Sakaki in the bargin.)

(a more canonical loyal AU where Silver and Green try to retire from canon's madness, things don't go according to plan, and after Silver leaves Green's family to figure things out, Giovanni comes knocking on Green's door with questions about his son's whereabouts, and the Mask of Ice)

Set post SoulSilver/Heartgold MANGA, Green had managed to get home after the madness of Illex forest. Fitting in, figuring alien concepts like "safe" and "home" after the insanity of canon was an uphill battle. But Green was going to give it a shot.
