So while they do some fun mon themed work (the galar boarder patrol being gold) it looks like they are pecking out a region based off of breath of the wild.

"The Viridian Saga",
A 'verse focusing on Silver, Green, Giovanni, Rocket, and exploring the various what-if scenarios MANGA canon left to linger.

Pre-canon (tales that serve as background notes, histories, and are more or less universal for all branches):

Aquisition
(set pre-Manga to Silver's abduction: Daisy Oak had, at best, a rocky relationship with her father Professor Oak. Oak's neglagence and Daisy's recklessness (and one hell of a misadventure during her journey) had lead her to be swept under Giovanni's wing. She has to call in a slew of old favors with the Viridian Gym Leader when Oak's negligence strikes again, endangering a baby brother she didn't know she even had. Or, how Daisy adopts and raises Blue Oak, and becomes Godparent to Silver Sakaki in the bargin.)

(varied stories exploring Giovanni's past, his relationship with Silver's mother, and general pre-Manga scehnanigans)

A fix (new version)
Giovanni's childhood to adulthood, as a college student, Giovanni learns that even higher education is not a sanctuary. There was no way out of Rocket; the faster Giovanni accepted it, the better. (CW: discussion of sexual adults and preying on minors)

Post marriage to Grace, a pursuit of hobbies, sensuality, and art, Sakaki style.

Post marriage to Grace, digging through some old relics in his mother's property leads to Giovanni unearthing a nasty secret of the Sakaki line (CW: death of a child, abuse of a disabled child)

The Roost Series
(a more canonical loyal AU where Silver and Green try to retire from canon's madness, things don't go according to plan, and after Silver leaves Green's family to figure things out, Giovanni comes knocking on Green's door with questions about his son's whereabouts, and the Mask of Ice)

Set post SoulSilver/Heartgold MANGA, Green had managed to get home after the madness of Illex forest. Fitting in, figuring alien concepts like "safe" and "home" after the insanity of canon was an uphill battle. But Green was going to give it a shot.

set post soulsilver/heartgold MANGA, Silver was long gone, Green was holding onto her home life in Sevii by the tips of her fingers. Giovanni dropping in was the first blow to the normalcy of Greens post-adventures life, his continued prying and hunt for his son, Silver, would be the barrage that would bring Greens "happily ever after" falling down around her ears.

(canon, what's canon? An AU focusing on malovent Legends and divine retribution)

The comic is cute! I really like the idea of a BotW-based region, and the designs they have so far look really nice. Looks like a long way to go, though... wish there was more info on the site than just some pieces of concept art!

Basically if they hold true to thier previous patterns the authors will have everything fleshed out either in 6 months or by the end of the year. So it'll trickle in in due time.
