Hi everyone!
On Discord, lots of people share nature photos from time to time, so I thought it would be cool to bring that to the forums as well. Looking for any and all scenery photos you'd like to share!
Some general guidelines:
To get us started, I have a few of my own photos to share from where I live, Hawaii:
This photo was taken on a road right at the top of a ridge. In the distance, you can see downtown Honolulu, and off to the left, that mountain you see is Le'ahi (commonly known as Diamond Head), a former volcano. Visibility here changes dramatically based on the weather; on clear days, you can see straight out into the ocean, and on especially rainy days, you might not be able to see the city at all!
This was taken in the same area as the above photo, but facing in the opposite direction! You can see the mountains on the other side as well, and off to the left, western Honolulu. This spot in particular can get quite windy!
Here's a photo of the rainforest! You often see rainforests being super hot and muggy in the movies, but at least in Hawaii, they actually tend to be cooler than the surrounding areas, surprisingly so in many cases. All those plants do an amazing job of absorbing sunlight!
The bugs though. The bugs. Those are not exaggerated
This is an old photo I took several years ago, on the 'Aiea Loop Trail. This is the most famous point on the hike, where you can see the H3 highway running right through the wilderness.
Fun fact: for Alola fans, the 'Aiea Loop Trail is actually the inspiration for the Mahalo Trail you see in the game!

Some general guidelines:
- Photos should be out of the outdoors, but beyond that, the content isn't strict at all. Parks, gardens, sky photos, cool flowers and plants, animals, mixed photos with both cityscapes and nature - all are perfectly acceptable!
- Note that TR has a 2MB size limit on file attachments. As such, you may need to host the image externally if your image is larger than that, and then use the editor's "Insert Image" feature to embed it via a link. Or, if embedding is giving you issues, you can also paste the link into the post directly as well.
- If the photo was not taken by you, please give credit, either explicitly or by directly linking to the source where the photo is located.
- If you have photos in very high resolution (especially 4K and higher), remember to resize down if necessary!
