Do let me know if it shows up again! From the video it looks like a common problem that occurs around certain style breakpoints... when content gets reflowed it can sometimes slightly tip over a breakpoint, which triggers some kind of resizing, which then causes the element to drop back under...

Does this problem persist if you resize your browser window? Slightly smaller or slightly larger, shouldn't matter.
