  • Our "Weird and Wonderful" one-shot contest is now underway! Pokémon are strange and magical creatures, and for our writing contest this year, we want to see you higlight some of their oddest abilities and features! From stories about luxray thieves using X-ray vision to scope out targets to those about trainers bewitching opponents with their stantlers' mystic antlers, any sort of fic featuring a pokémon's unusual lore is welcome! Entries are due at 11:59 PM July 13th UTC.

Well, you're not the only person feeling that way, and also you're in luck! In order to give people a bit more time to complete their entries we will be extending the contest deadline through 11:59 PM UTC July 13th (countdown)! Hopefully that allows a few more people to wrap up their entries.

If you already turned in an entry, feel free to take this extra time to make edits if you like! You have until the extended deadline to send me any revisions you might have.

It's been brought to my attention that the deadline countdown in the first post was set to the wrong time zone and was therefore showing the wrong amount of time remaining. This has now been corrected! And as of right now, you have seventy-two hours to get your entry in. Good luck to everyone still writing out there, and congratulations to those of you who've already turned in an entry!
